No makers markings, the only stampings I found was the following.

In the end I used some all in one metal paint.

Made is overstating it, I have assembled a new fleet of mowers from parts and collections various and diverse. Thank you very much, you know who you are. Hayterette has a new engine, needs a better blade which will happen at some point. Suffolk has had an engine swap, starts very nicely and is learning to obey commands... both have just cut their first lawn in quite some time. Its what Sundays are for.
