What is the reason for the grille?View attachment 254262 A window grille ,spoiling a beautiful sash window,it is level,I just couldn’t photograph square on due to plants in the way.had it powder coated,cementing in the mounting lugs,then ground over the screw heads.
Very rare that I do a job in a town,actually witnessed a traffic jam and a parked problem,couldn’t wait to get home.
Not made, but stripped, cleaned, reassembled this today. Kind of like a radiator. Lots of individual plates and gaskets all squeezed together.

Was your air pressure measured/regulated at the machine?View attachment 254355 View attachment 254356 Cut some 10 mm plate with the plasma,normally use oxy/acet,but left the oxygen on site,think my plasmas too light,it’s not a clean cut,so had to lever the plate apart.
I can buy the bits I'm trying to make for £30.
I must be nuts.
