@Arc Tourist Well done on mentioning the ball centre thing, beat me to it.
Gotta pop back tomorrow. Stuffed up. Just noticed in the picsThe plasterer is going to love you!
Its not charged. Not sure I'd want heat anywhere near a charged shock...
Yes once, and I totally understand what you sayCould have gone to 2x2 but if you've ever tried framing with 2x2....
Are you saying can can actually get a straight length of 2x2? I know what you mean though.
Do Wickes actually supply timber that's not warped? Not in Wickes
Or you could use those small canisters of Nitrous Oxide and charge the hippies to have a sniffA bit of delrin with some O rings on it, to fit a corny ball lock post to an Isi cream whipper (Obviously ).

It's really a proof of concept, I couldn't be bothered to single point threads in stainless only to find it doesn't seal. Essentially it's a poor man's SodaStream (That actually costs far more than a soda stream), I can carbonate small samples of homemade beer, tonic water, kombucha, etc without paying through the nose for 8g CO2 cannisters, and more excitingly I can "argonate" coldbrew coffee (Or beer, without committing to a whole 19 litre keg full).
Not any more, I had to take out the spike which pierces the 8g cannisters to make my part fit.Or you could use those small canisters of Nitrous Oxide and charge the hippies to have a sniff
Yeah, HSS tool finished on a whetstone, but honestly it was more luck than judgement, my threads usually look bloody horrible. So bad in fact, I've began designing a live tool spindle (Essentially a toolpost grinder) to use thread mills. Those are some lovely threads. Did you use hss
