It’s very robust. It’s a 12mm ground carbide insert in a 36mmx20mm custom made toolholder With zero overhang. You don’t see it in the photo as it’s at the bottom of the turret disc and, if I showed you I would have to kill you ….

That makes more sense.
I thought as the boring bar holder was most prominent in your pic, that's what you had used!

Because it’s a special application adjuster screw. . Each click gives you ten degrees adjustment.Due to the nature of it use and who the end user is, I am not at Liberty to say much more…

Nothing ground breaking, just a variation on a theme.
I had a need to cut a circle with the Lidl plasma cutter, so using another spare magnet and more odds and sods, knocked up this.



Works okay. First attempt, the larger circle, had a couple of issues due to loose nuts and less than flat steel.
Second smaller circle was plenty good enough for my needs. Really must have a play with the cuttter settings to find something optimal for thinish sheet.

Yep - as said in rpely to my question - I didn't know the application, and wondered if it was to lock it in tightening - I'm now guessing it simply rotates against a sprung pawl/detent
