The boatyard got the steel glassed on to the beds yesterday and today I got the donkey engine in. It looks lost in there 
Been working 7 days a week for the last 5 weeks, the Cheetah Cats I was doing at the weekends were finished last weekend so I am going to have a weekend off and get back to this next week

Today - I made the JCB start on the key.
Yesterday the start procedure involved one person squirting easy start, another holding the battery terminals on and a spare hand jumping the starter solenoid. The person jumping the solenoid got a facefull of exhaust for a reward.

Yes, used to dread looking at the webcam and seeing them in early as usually that meant a problem. There was absolutely no room on the original setup and no thought whatsoever had gone into the fitting out of the boat in the first place

A lot of laser cutters have invested in CNC pressbrakes and fold as well as cut for not a lot more.

Ha ha I have more time off than that although my time off tends to be at the workshop doing things for myself
This year just happens to have been quite a busy one and I can hardly believe it is nearly at an end. Next year looks like it may be similar as my Nephew is getting a Cheetah for himself Jan/Feb time and then another one I will be doing towards the end of the year and possibly one in the middle. Also been asked to price up for a stainless cat catcher to be done Dec/Jan and an Alu hopper system probably beginning of the year as well and I am, so I have been informed, making a shooting table on an 8m Cheetah from up the coast a wee bit.

Last Christmas I was to repair the roof of the little truck, a few emergency jobs came in and here we are almost again. Hopfully this year little truck gets done, along with moving to the new place, fixing up the new place shed, trimming the trees, clearing the weeds and almost at the moment mowing the grass twice a week. It has rained here a few times after about 6 months of next to no rain. Temp has also risen so in 4 days the grass can grow 4", does look quite pretty though. About 1 to about 1.5hrs with the line trimmer, about 1hr with the push mower where the ride on can't get to and about 2hrs on the ride on
. What was I thinking. Did want a bit of space. It is a case of wants and needs. Wanted some space now need to mow it. If I want to get away I can always go the the workshop
