I mentioned my leatherwork to a customer in passing. "Don't buy any beeswax - my partner has 20 hives and makes his own beeswax blocks. We'll trade you for some bags of horse manure." This wallet now has the edges finished off with a few coats of the beeswax. Shinier than the first wallet I made.
The funky dye is on purpose. I "took inspiration" from one I'd seen on the 'net.

Does your customer sell the beeswax? Would they mind giving me their contact details? I want a source of natural beeswax to make my own polishes & I want to find a supplier.
I've tried contacting my local beekeepers association but they stopped answering my e-mails!

But, at least I am still talking to him.
So I told him I felt sorry for him, so to that end I was going to have one mini doughnut.
His reply went along the lines of: "Thanks mate."
His reply for that image was not repeatable here.
I then sent him a image, I "borrowed" from the web, a dating site.
I am now in hiding, any one who wants to find me will have difficulty.

basicly you go and get yourself an old non turbo diesel car idealy with a pug engine in it. connect up an invrter to get power from it, for a bit of power battery chargeing.
there are some 22kw heat exangers avallible on amazon one of them gets piped up where the heater matrix was, bodge it plate exhanger gets put in the exhaust , workig fluid for radiators hits the exhaust heat exhanger first then onto coolant heat exhager through electric pump and back to rads. engine needs its air intake adjusting to be a hot air intake as its all about the heat. sounds daft but an ideling car engine is more efficent than a lot of smaller engines

today - made the glow-plugs on an old International work, from a tractor that would almost flatten the battery trying to start to one that fires as soon as you push the handle. Interesting that the failure mode of the plug was not an open circuit but actually a few mOhm short to the plug body causing most of the pre heat to be lost in the glow indicator.. That gave the previous repairers a bit of a curved ball which had flummoxed them.
On the down side this was a typical old farm hack, covered in cow crap and diesel oil, all outdoor in the pouring rain and cold. Farmer came out with tea and a bowl of chicken stew so conditions must have been bad!
