Just got a P1s, it comes with a micro SD card with example files and you can print directly from it using the control screen. One thing to note is the card is not 'hot swappable' so you need to switch the printer off before inserting/ removing. You can send prints directly to the printer from the slicer on your PC . Given how much stuff is online these days I'm not sure someone is going to be to bothered by some blokes printing stuff in their sheds. There are always going to be horror stories online.Been looking at the Bambu P1S, thinking it's probably time to upgrade from my Mingda Magician X, which is an ok printer, but needs a fair bit of faffing now and then and is obviously very slow by comparison. Prices are good in the Bambu anniversary sale currently.
I've been reading a lot about Bambu, the Cloud and these printers being 'hijacked' because of it, and as hard as I've looked, I cannot find out if you can simply shove an SD card in the thing and run a print directly from that ...anyone know?
*just realised I've probably posted this in the wrong section.
