From what I have seen not sure council worker and graft really go in the same sentence, as for the hierarchy they are responsible for the culture. Many couldnt cope in the real world.

I can’t think of a better winter job than driving around slowly in a gritter, ipod on, playing Thunderbirds music, heater on, orange flashing lights on, overtime pouring into the bank etc.

On a happier note, all the white stuff has gone, might be time to see if the BM will fire up.
