what value are the caps 102uF ?

They're a "standard". A 102 is 1000pf (1nf) - See here for more info; http://www.csgnetwork.com/capcodeinfo.html

Must admit that I had never heard of these codes before today, either. Given that pretty much all of these coded options on ebay are from Chinese sellers, I suspect it's mainly used in Chinese manufacturing (happy to be corrected, though!)

Hello I have the exact same cut 50 and that exact same green resistor flamed up on mine, which one did you replace it with ? Mine got so hot there are no words on it and only 1 black ring the other ring is there but faded and cannot tell what it was. Same board and same resistor as yours....

Not sure exactly what you mean about a "green resistor"...?

In this picture (source)...

...the big resistor that has cracked is a 1K ohm, 5W resistor. The green and red beastie to its right is a coil but that was undamaged, then below were some capacitors that I also replaced as well as four schottky diodes, once of which had gone short circuit (and almost certainly took out the resistor).

Which component do you think is blown on your board?

A tooth brush with some isopropyl alcohol should clean off the worst of carbon on components.
Use a hobby knife or a screw driver tip to dig burnt circuit board out.
Refill with araldite epoxy glue.
Try spark gap at 15-20 thou.
