Sorry no update. Note to self: spent most of yesterday morning screaming in pain, crying and distressed to the point of throwing up. Got out of bed to be struck down with back pain I have never experienced in my life and I have been through more than my fair share of ricked backs. I mentioned a stiff shoulder in this thread which I tried to loosen up by a bit of knife throwing, that developed next morning into a lit. crippling pain. I could not make it stop. To reduce it to level where I was able to at least speak (!) I had to fold myself up like a contortionist.
Called 111, got carted off in an ambulance, ended up in A+E (which was virtually deserted) administer painkillers (NOS, Codeine, Naproxen, Diazepam) now am basically on hold. Back hurts but is not overwhelming, just feels like its made of hard plasticine with a hot knife sticking out of it. I can live with that but daren't do anything other than sit and wait for it to go away.
Again I mention this only for my own blog and as a record but last week I attempted to restart the process of investigation for some longer term issues relating to a chronic issue of demyelination of nerve sheath detected in the brain which caused a permanent visual defect and is being "investigated" as the onset of MS. I suddenly developed persistent pins and needles and loss of sensation in the fingers of my left arm which now moved also to the right. The investigation has done nothing in the three years where I have been supposed to have regular MRI scans to monitor progress. That's two years of appointments which have been delayed, rebooked, delayed then cancelled and now they can blame CV19 to just cancel everything.
GP says there's nothing they can do and "have you considered going private". I remind them I have been unable to work for the past TEN years due to random visual and physical disabilities which make my ability to do anything something of a lottery including a four month period of intermittent heart palpitations or arrhythmia when my heart rate would skyrocket for no reason coupled with sudden periods of irresistible bowel movement (sorry for too much detail) which I refer to as the 30 second warning. Massive stomach cramp can occur at any moment which tells me, like it or not, in the next 30 seconds I am going to have a sh*t.
I record this here for my own benefit, you may wish to correlate that with my irregular bouts of fractious commentary because during those disabling periods, all I can do is sit here and waffle. I probably slept for 2, 2 hour periods so today is going to be "one of those days", I'll probably spend most of it trying to fathom out Fusion 360. That'll cheer me up...
