I know nothing about the boxes in these but as a general rule when a box jumps out of gear it's worth checking the detent balls and springs which work on the selector rods are working properly.
is it a 40 or 80 m seriel gearbox wit h3 forward 1 reverse ? you can get all the parts of fleabey I have 2 sitting here with same issue
Never found one on mine, but spares suppliers can work from serial numbers on the plates on both axles, gear box, drop gear box, and engine.
