Nice. I've been admiring this one done by another Ryan Yarrow. He's done a superb job on it.

When I get around to it...
Here you go, no excuse now......
Hope the neck mends soon, what do the Medics say about it?
That was also a road Dahl "tales of the unexpected" short story.Probably the wrong place to put this, an antique dealer my dad used to trade with came in one day, had been to a local farmer, bought a few bits and was bragging to us the farmer had all this furniture worth lets say proper monies, anyways he bought some small pieces for good monies, to get his foot in the door, told the farmer furniture wasnt any value, but would give him just a few quid to clear it.
Dealer came in a little while later in a right strop, he had gone back to the farm where farmer was stood raking up remains off bonfire, started chatting, yes he had burnt all the old furniture as it was worthless.....
I remember the RG and now you've posted it that XR when I dropped that bit of rubber mat round your gaff a while back.yup. It's a runner too but never got around to finishing it off. Needs a fair few small parts making up, brackets and stuff so have been furnishing the workshop in preparation.
You didn't spot the RG500 then?
Well I could tell you the guys name and address as I still know him , but I think might get a bit of trouble through doing that! That was also a road Dahl "tales of the unexpected" short story.

One of his oppo s bought a victorian desk, now as most of you know these often had secret drawers, well he bought it privetly and paid fair monies. Back at his workshop gave it a thorough clean and found a hidden drawer, loads of soveriegns in it, now unlike the other fella, took advice, went to see the people he bought it from and although they had owned it for donkeys years they knew knothing about the drawer, he offered them half of the coins, they took advice and sued him!
R. Dahl or no, both are very true stories.Arther
.....they took advice and sued him!
I will try and find out, of course everybody said to him if he wasnt so honest it would nt have happened.Who won?
So Screwdriver have you been back to the shed for more treasure trove? I should think what ever was spilt should have cleared by now. Arther

Just wondered what was happening about lister compressor........I am trying. "Next week" she says. TBH I'll be surprised if the Meddings is still there despite my buying it already. Last van load was £40 (including the Meddings) and I suspect they smell a rat.
But hey, they accepted my offer when I was expecting to haggle. I will try and nab the Lister engine for a chap off here but there's not much else there that isn't more trouble than its worth.

PS. This might be the wrong thread for a job lot update!
