Ouch...

I’m paranoid about 2 stroke oil, to the point as soon as the fuel can is empty I put the oil in ready for the petrol to arrive.

My haul from the generous @The_Yellow_Ardvark. I gave them a tidy, and a polish yesterday, but must say the vark sent them in a very tidy condition, but I do like to give stuff an extra polish before use. I used some preservation wax on them, and I may go wild and give the handles a serious sanding, maybe not.

I’ve just been round to a neighbour and collected a little chair she wants reupholstered, so will be giving the upholsery hammer a good workout.

I am glad they are in a good home.

Not exactly today, but over the last week. A Bahco 319 hacksaw with blade, 8 x 10" bahco hacksaw blades and some other little bits and pieces out of the skip, all unused. Some linn bins type storage containers and a pair of Jalas boots which were going to be skipped.

Last couple of weeks I've been sorting out a load of engines that haven't run for a while and could have been a load of work, but I just put fuel in them and they started. one of them had nipped up and was very hard to turn over. All of them have started so far and I can only put it down the the petrol tin being magic. (despite there being two petrol tins involved...)

I needed some kit to repair some damaged sockets.
I asked a friend, he said help yourself.
Part used of 3 core.
4 gang socket extension.
1 x double metal socket and back box.
5 back box's and 5 double sockets.

I think I did ok

Pub down the road from me is having a refit, two big skips delivered , looks like it going to be good pickings , already got a load of timber for firewood, 30 salt and pepper grinders, ten mini conifer trees and a box of beer towels.

Got my eye on a big gas open fire pit with fake logs.
