I'm a little miffed, I ordered a couple of UNF taps on Sunday after finding that the 1/4" ones that I thought I had were in fact 12-28 UNF. Now I've a whole box load
It is. Very old and fitted with an ancient 3-phase plug (it's a single phase machine).

Looks like a 1950/60's AA Landover Additional Light.
Used to light up the area of a stranded car.
A torch.
