Seems quite a mediocre acquirement after reading through this however my old ones where toast.

Electrode holder and earth clamp , £8 on evil bay and feel a lot more sturdy than the originals that came with the clarke buzz box.

Electrode holder is cast copper not ally like clarke which i am pleased with , As with the copper cable on earth clamp rather than a dodgy cable connection and aly clamp that came with the clarke.

The IT company across the road from us has a couple in their car park as the owner drives an electric convertible something-or-other.
Mind you he also drives a black Ferrari, so I guess he's trying to balance his carbon footprint

Hmm, my cousin had an Airsporter (tap loading version if memory serves) in the 1970s.
I know it was the 1970s because he died after a car crash in 1980.
I wonder if the rifle is still in his parents' loft...

Not that i can consciously remember - not to say that i haven't seen it somewhere, though. (LEGO maybe?)

Ordered on the 28th of May. From China. That is quicker than most UK purchases. Pair of feelers for 4 quid and they seem accurate measured with mic.
Gaskets China was the only seller. It seems OE would have been liquid gasket. I doubt the clutch actuator will care for the extra gasket thickness so I will use these.

Funnily enough I just bought this

2.5M long roll - to make a gasket for the headstock cover on my Colchester. Gasket material still made in Britain.
By God it stinks - horrid smell

It's all I had....when they are worn out and fall apart I keep the blades to use as shims...quite handy.

Didn't destroy a new set...

Some boxes. Only 3 out of 5, as somehow Fedex have managed to keep one in Stansted, and one only made is as far as Newcastle

So I have 4 servo drivers, 1 three phase stepper driver, 2 servo motors, 4 braking resistors, and 4 sets of servo cables. The rest might appear next week...
