They tidy up nicely if you put in the effort. The pedestals seems quite uncommon. I had the 7” model, they also made an 8” and a little baby 4” which has a water bath. Very sturdy machines but I had to replace the capacitor twice.

I’ve had this stashed in a container at work from part of the site we were demolishing. Finally brought it home, pedestal and hand wheel from a penstock that was installed in the 60s on a waste water site.

I was out heading to the hardware for a walk earlier and seen a large skip in the industrial estate, so did a bit of rooting. Found this thing made by Hilti, thought i had scored a drill, but its some kind of builders contrivance. Took it anyway, as i could use the 110V plug and long lead on something else. But plugged it in and it works.

It has a hex socket type thing on the end. Just googled it, its for drywall, a type of screwdriver ?

Been after a set of these Moore and Wright ball bore gauges for years and unfortunately for @Brad93 (I was looking at the Auto Lens he has for sale), this set of mint ones popped up on ebay Thursday, for £150 all in:-

Already have, ordered a Jaguar I Pace through work, signed up for it before Christmas and it arrived in June.

TBH I prefer the Discovery, no, much prefer the Discovery so once the 3 years are up on the lease I'll be looking for a Discovery 4
