Transit arm rest is useless.
The one in my Custom was great. In fact the whole was van great, i loved it. I wasn't in the least bit sad to leave that job, but i was sad to see my van go.

A kindly ex customer donated these, need to check whether the red ones propane friendly.
Only thing I miss about work is checking the skip to see what could be usefulClearing out some rubbish from work, found these so they came home with me

And very nice to work on as they are so simple…An old 205 turbo-diesel. The most sporty-handling tight-steering car I've ever had, for country lanes on the IoW anyway.
No airbags, no ECU, and it weighs under 950 Kg!

An 1.8, 205 diesel van I had, with 1.6 GTi Alloys fitted, surprised me with its handling capabilities. An old 205 turbo-diesel. The most sporty-handling tight-steering car I've ever had, for country lanes on the IoW anyway.

They are really nice vans, but we found that overall the VW is better in terms of reliability. The one in my Custom was great. In fact the whole was van great, i loved it. I wasn't in the least bit sad to leave that job, but i was sad to see my van go.

I sold a SP 180mm f/2.8 , the one with the anniversary plate on the side, lens hood and brown leather case on ebay when I got my EOS5 and 80-200 f/2.8 L. The SP 180 was as good as the 80-200L and obviously smaller and lighter but not a zoom and no AF not that the 80-200 or the EOS5 had very fast AF.Some of those who own both, say that the SP quality is right up there with Canon L stuff, but I can't verify that directly. From the comparison shots I've seen, I'd say it's true in some cases, but I'd not go as far as to say all cases. There are a couple of Tamron ordinaries that get into SP territory, and if you get an abused SP, it can be crud.
My brother keeps taking apart old scrap LCD screens. They have nice sheets of clear acrylic or perspex in them. Etched on one side though but very useful. Often 6mm thick.More polycarbonate sheet,,I love this stuff, especially as I can cut it in the guillotine.View attachment 303725
