They are good. Not very mainstream but way ahead of their time with tech etc. Bit like french cars.

I've never been able to get on with a merlo, tried a couple and they're not for us, they seem a marmite machine either love them or hate them.

They are no other order than on how we got them from the car, past the kettle and into the play pen area.
Work mate, all ready some eyes are regarding it with envious eyes.
A decent G clamp and a small box.
Inside was this motly crew.
They will easy clean up and take an edge or they will not. Experience told me this.

An unwanted lawn mower. I had a problem with the previous Qualcast one (which led to my aborted attempt to buy new brushes for it) and now all the segments on the motor (where the brushes touch) are all shorted together (which I am told is a Bad Thing). As I got home yesterday, I noticed one of my neighbours had left an almost-identical Bosch mower out on the pavement with "free to a good home, blade needs sharpening" written on it. I'd still like to repair the other one as I don't like having broken things around, but the pressure is off for now. The stand-in mower has a very small grass box, so was annoying even though I'm not mowing massive lawns.

Dunno. I just tried to identify the big morse taper tool in the middle of my photo. It's a funny shape that I hadn't come across before. A quick google suggested it was a bridge reamer, used to line up holes on steel work. Not really for precision work. Basically, make clearance till you can get a dirty great bolt through two big steels that don't quite line up where they're supposed to.
