It must be the day for heater deliveries

Noticeably warmer than my old Ebespacher D2.
Just need to decide where I'm going to permanently mount it.

A water jet cut aluminium plate for a job.
Eccentric bore. Hopefully it's in roughly the right place.

Touche . Installed this morning . Needless to say I went for the one with the knob on the front. Altered the fuel piping to stop it transferring the pump noise to the case . much quieter. It must be the day for heater deliveries

I had them put a 20mm bore in for me to pick up. A water jet hole is no where near round enough or tight enough in tolerance to put a reamer through.Curious, why not water jet the bore too? Or mostly, then ream?
Or, do the bore then water jet the outer shape.
Not my area of expertise, that isn't criticism, just wondered why it was done that way.
No it uses a nice flexy rubber clamp but the zip clip thing keeping the fuel pipes tidy was touching the outer case which acted like a sounding board. I also rotated the pump in its clamp to allow the tank to move forward and seat better .Only 5mm or so . As per usual the instructions are designed to stop you rushing. Not totally unfathomable just need reading carefully. Got mine from VEVOR , 3 day delivery but no confirmation 'E' mails , £ 90.00 Pleased so far.Been thinking of one me self for the garage , why the mod for the pump ,is it hard mounted to the chassis ?

To be honest the location of this bore doesn't really matter. As long as the bore dimensions are correct and both sides are flat, I can then put the lid on the pump with the shaft assembled, then clamp the lot together and dowel the lid.
Once doweled, I can take the lid on and off as many times as I like to get the 6 hole bolt pattern right
It was within about 0.015" TIR.Ah, I see. Makes sense now. Never had anything water jet cut so didn't know how round it would be.
That was the one I was going to buy but the kit one made more sense for my install in the end.
Is your exhaust tube decent?
Have they still got any hands left .. ? What a lovely rock solid stealMy neighbour is moving and asked if I would like this delightful 6" Wadkin planer
