There's lots of secondhand Myford stuff in eBay in the UK. But finding someone to post abroad might be difficult.
Today again a delivery from Myford country.
Obtained from a well known British dealer in the hope of finally being able to properly level my ML7 and get at every corner of the machine again:

.... but according to the customs papers country of origin: India .....

I can't say that I would now drop to my knees out of enthusiasm for the quality of the goods.
I have seen better ... and much better ....

I now have to measure and compare for parallelism and height - if the hole pattern was right, that wouldn't be all bad either - if that's all ok, I won't grumble about the aesthetics - but I'm getting ready for less aspirational results ...

The pieces in the pictures in the offer of the dealer looked clearly different.
Having a handwheel at the end of the lead screw turned out to be desirable.
It fits, but seems to come from the same dark corner of the city on the subcontinent ...

Let's say: I am less than impressed.
If the parts work in the end it should be good so far - but the stuff also cost money , that was not directly a bargain.
Our problem over here, of course, is that there is no Myford used (replacement) parts (flea) market.
So we must order everything from someone somewhere ...
Buying an English machine in my own country of machine builders - after Brexit - was perhaps not one of my best ideas.
But:
It'll be fine in the end,
Carsten
