Yeah, I also find that some of the old things I remember while growing up bring back good memories.Much I need. Many item I would want. Many I like.
Some I do not like, or want or need.
Just something brings back a good memory
As soon as i spotted it i knew it would make a nice looking item for my pre 50's room which is going to get filled with nostalgic itemsWe need a

My gran had something similar. That and an electric blanket was plugged into a 15amp wall socket.
Then like an old auto eject kettle lead they would be fired out.
I've never seen a mill but Arboga drills pop up from time to time, usually command a bit of a premium but they look very well built. Are Arboga machines (Sweden) widespread or even known among you?
It is really more a Mill/Drill, only for relatively light milling.
I acquired a look at and test run with an Arboga U2508 milling machine today.

All eight speeds run perfectly (100-2,900rpm - what a range without having to touch a belt).
When measuring the runout at the end of the quill, I first thought I wasn't measuring at all until I swapped the 0.01 for a 0.001 clock, then the pointer shook a little.
Now I'm having a hard time thinking ....
Are Arboga machines (Sweden) widespread or even known among you?
Have a nice evening
