In a shop in Bath, an area the staff are not allowed to go. I have to as part of my job and there they were.
That area of the shop will not be used and is normally closed off, The dumb waiter is still in place, I did think about that as well.
The sad thing is the site will not sell them as that cost time and money, contractors would of had them away, or smashed they.
They get to live on.
All I am waiting for is signed paper copies giving me permission to have them "off site". I had got E copies before I liberated them

Those hearth tiles are a small fortune too, and often of very high quality
I have a 'enging crane' according to the sticker on the side of it!! one of the best bits of chinglish ive seen

Here she is, my new to me old record pipe vice and stand.
That's how I found her, fresh from her roof home of 8 years.
Nothing moves on her at all.
I think she will make friends with OA and oil.
Safe at her new home.

Any one knows what 3 "Tuts" mean and no coffee when I got home?
Oh yes, my van is normally a lot tidier, but there is a reason.
I will think of one soon.

Gorgeous. Mrs TYA won't nag if you clean those up and actually sell them. Have a look on "architectural reclamation" sites and see how much they go for! Plus one on the tiles too if you can liberate them without breaking them, they fetch serious amounts of money. Sometimes people frame them and hang them on the wall. To be fair, they do look lovely!

Old Ruston? Looks like a nice project.200 kg of cast iron.
Its got to go into the hold of the work boat in the picture, which will be fun times ! There is no engine crane on site. I've got to build a ramp and winch it in.

UPDATE.
The vice is off, soaking in diesel and old oil.
OA and a hammer got it moving, but that's it.
The stand has had the wooden floor removed, it was past it's sell by date.
Next is a wire brush and a coat of paint.

Paragon Paints make the correct roundel blue for it. Hammerite blue is terrible.
