Been struggling to get flat drive belt the same as original width / material type.

Took a 2nd punt on amazon, as spec & pics looked promising - winner winner chicken dins
Exact same as original apart from colour and no give.

Off to a dude in Bletchley next week with an industrial sewing machine to join them - I'll get 4 out of this - 5m for £9.50!

Funny how things that look like they’re just occasional tools turn out useful once you own them. Bought these ages ago to get out the **** and I use the bent ones daily.

Same price as ebay, I saw other versions but not as slimline for access, joking aside, I think 15" reach will be dead useful at times from above & below in cars - bikes as well.

Be handy for holding things.

There’s a tag axle air bag bolt on the FH which should be an 18mm. Bastard to get anything on because there’s a mod valve in the way. You can just about get a flex head socket on it. Unless some **** had thought it was a 19 and rounded it.

Be perfect for things like that.

Not sure how hard the teeth will be. They often aren’t on the cheaper grips like that.

Got a parrot beak set of ‘werkzeueg’ ones. All the grip mashed the first bolt I tightened them on

Had a sealey one which lasted a week.

Had the other one the same as this for about 5 years. Perfect working order still. Totally Wurth it.

Bit the bullet and chanced on this clone grinder,seller with very good feedback,I like the minimum packaging,but the gearbox was nearly devoid of grease and one of the screws wasn’t even in many turns,mysterious how they’ve left a pre drilled space for a nameplate .
Very similar to my makita and takes the regular STAR batteries.

I'm thinking about buying one and use it with parkside batteries and an adapter , how it holds after those passed months?

I thought all you old bike guys rebuilt your own friction plates using cork wine bottle corks. I found the ones from red wine gripped the best.

This was my late Mum's. Found it in the shed. I remember her lighting it. It's pretty rusty, what do I need to do to get it up and running? Give it a dunk in citric acid?
