It runs just fine the seller had it in his domestic garage for 8 years, I got it for a good price.
It needs a little cleaning and fettling which I'll start into next before figuring out where its going to live for good in my back garage.
That'll make the meter wheel spin fast when on full chat! You'll need a hefty supply to run it, probably 40a at least.

We were taught to hear the music of each sign, tied mnemonically to the word. With each training session (after learning all the characters), the transmission and reception speeds were gradually increased.
