I’d lusted after this setup since I first saw it at the Leicester Rally in 1982, I’d got a nice example of the receiver last year but couldn’t resist the full monty at a good price.

If I was honest with myself I haven’t got room for it here.

What you don’t see, should have took an aerial photo (pun intended) the heat sink on the Tx is a monster! It can do some serious 100W carrier duty cycle without a fan. I’ve got to make the link cable for transceive operation then I might throw a clandestine wire into the tree at the side of the house and give it a go.

Previous one packed up in Spain last summer,luckily on returning.

My replay. "Ypu don't supply hoses".
His replay: "I know!!!!!!!!!".

Dremel brushes, from the friend who was driving, as they don't fit his dremel clone.

Containers from Mandy, as they are not industrial grade washer proof, they warp. They are also not Mirowave proof.
I found that part out.

Grinder bits, half price as damaged.

It’s @nickk ’s fault, saw his hole gauge in a photo he posted the other day and thought that’s handy, I need one of those! I bought the angle measurer to make the postage from Germany worthwhile.

Having spent a long while working for haulage companies who quite frankly couldn't be a***d, the new job is a real breath of fresh air in that training is is something to be embraced rather than seen as a chore.

It’s an odd tool that regularly gets the comments of never seeing one before,even from tool reps who call.

You can get them and the angle finder from Axminster tools very reasonable too ,so you'll all have to buy one now !

Oh and you'll want the cheap thickness gauge ( axminster ) as well if your going to start welding saves messing on with the vernier that you can't find or if you can has flat batteries !

I once found a closed down hire tool place and had all their used tools and spares out of the skip , Hitachi, Bosch and Makita, work lights, 110v cables and all kinds of goodies.
