Had a University grad keen as mustard new manager do that to me at Focus Do It All . Despite my saying there should only be two packs several times he had his guys bring three strapped up packs of 8x6 shed kit out to me . Then they ******** off back into the store chased by him . I struggled to load & strap it on the trailer
The two extra roofs & floor panel made a lovely fence.

Of course if can the raised finish is simply a hollow in the stamp . Stamped out of a flat bar then machine twisted whilst hot having been drawn through a slotted die .
Mind you the rough finish & fileted angles on the metal looks like it's cast steel .

I'd be taking the bracelet off the watch, not sure the utrasonic would be good for the watch let alone potential moisture ingress

I don't doubt it, but to what depth in heated ultrasonic agitated meths
I wouldn't chance it, just saying, bracelet is where the much usually gathers, with that off, it's easy enough to cotton bud the body of the watch 
Which might or might not still be the case after being battered by the ultrasonic action.
However the working gubbins inside the thing will more than likely not be too impressed at being vibrated at such a high frequency.

20 plus years ago we were pretty careful with quite a few kW of ultrasonic power in 1000 ltr caustic tanks cleaning extrusion dies for aluminium - the amount of hydrogen given off was pretty impressive. I've not heard of any big bangs in the country it went to, so I assume we got it reasonably right . .

I believe they are hot rolled as a cross profile then twisted. The logo would be formed by a relief in the roll.
