Aldi Ultrasonic Jewellery Cleaner.
got it to clean family stuff but it’s good for small items of mechanical origin too.
I think it could be used with Meths although the blurb warns re gasses ignition etc.

I'd be taking the bracelet off the watch, not sure the utrasonic would be good for the watch let alone potential moisture ingress

It's OK with a decent sealed watch , the straps also benefit from a double de-gunge , I've cleaned three high end Seiko's (pressure seal good to 100 mtrs ) in ours , but..... warning don't try any jewelry with water generated crystals such as Blue John as it will dissolve /kill the stones.
The cleaning solution I've only ever used is tepid water and two drops of Fairy washing up liquid though it did take six cleans over two days to get my garden trolley's wheel bearing cleans whilst I was waiting for a new set higher spec sealed set to arrive from the far east .

A box was given to me today.

5 items.
There was more bubble wrap, but, well you know.


The wooden box was removed.

In dire need of love and attention.

But it was empty.

The two white paper wrapped items contained these.

They are designed to fit in the box.


One small item was almost missed.

The bubble wrapped item had this.

Yes I really like it, I put a battery in it and had a play, but the mrs has taken it off me until Christmas !

Combined pop rivet & rivnut gun, & nibbler, (or reamer, as they refer to it, but it's a nibbler, in my view).

Going to have a play with it later.

Nice weight, & initial once over, everything seems sturdily made.

Won't work with air. Meant for liquid, hydraulic oil probably.

It should manage M10 aluminium rivnuts fine. Probably be a lack of leverage to do steel ones though.
