Yes it is.
Means it can be tested, weekly with out having to replace the glass etc

I buy coffee by the box from an online vending supermarket. Their own brand is ok, if a bit rough around the edges, certainly wakes you up in a morning, Last order was 14kg, but all Lavazza, 4 different types. The strength is usually judged out of 10, one of them is out of 11, proper Spinal Tap coffee

It's funny, I don't like coffee in any way shape or form, not even toffy.
But I love the smell of fresh coffee grounds.

I love the smell of ground coffee too. I do drink coffee occasionally, but only instant, too many choice for me to start on that now. I also used to really like to smell of some cigar or pipe smoke, but won't be taking that up either.

Got given a liberty cap mushroom pendant, (in the pub) last night, by the artist Joe Holbrook. It's for my daughter actually. The same as the one below pretty much, 18k gold over Stirling silver. Daughter's made up. Limited run etc. Cast using the lost wax process and hallmarked:

Yes, my uncle used to smoke a corncob pipe with "Half and Half" tobacco.
I bought a little packet a few years back, and the smell brought back a flood of good memories.
My friend then took his rolling papers and rolled the tobacco into a cigarette, and tried it.
He said it was pretty good, and for me the smoke brought back still more memories of my uncle.

Well, not today, but a few days ago I bought a mini Lincoln MIG welder that I could haul around in the same little trolley as my portable generator. It runs off 120V and it's rated for 1/4" steel with flux-core wire and 3/16" steel with MIG. It came with a pre-set pressure/flow regulator, but I'll swap that for a better regulator and flow meter that I have socked away in one of my bins. I also bought a small argon/CO2 cylinder for it, which will fit in the trolley along with the welder and generator. I'm very pleasantly surprised at how smoothly it welds. The photos show it alongside my Miller MIG welder for scale.

I managed to crack the welds on the tops of two of the shore platform posts for our dock the other day (don't ask me how ), and this little welder worked a charm for repairing them. It would have been a major PITA and time-consuming to haul either of my big welders down there, so the new welder allowed me to repair the posts in situ, instead of spending hours and hours taking the platform apart, hauling the posts up to the shop, welding them, and then reversing the process. As far as I'm concerned, it's paid for itself already.
