Please tell me its to power a large potato cannon?A MIC stirrup pump, allegedly rated to 6000 Chinese PSI!
Blanked off it held 3000 (indicated) for 30mins which is what I need, so that will do.
Not bad construction and finish to be fair.

It came with this assumption diagram

Wonder if they have a diag for an Improbability Drive![]()
You assume it will work. Enough Improbability for one day.
Can probably be used to check squareness.I acquired these with a few other bits, I took a punt on them being the mother of all surface/scribing gauges in truth I don’t really know how/what they’d be used for. Would they be set off some gauge blocks or a height master micrometer thing? One is called a verdict ‘verifirm’ they aren’t kidding at two foot tall it’s practically a lethal weapon!

Not always. The surgeon who re attached my right distal tendon to my forearm showed me some of his work tools. He had two cordless drills, one was a Makita. The other was specific to surgery work and had a stainless body, could be placed in the autoclave without the battery. The Makita was more interesting, it had a gearbox of some sort encased in stainless, obv fitted where the chuck would be. It also had a shroud that covered everything but the gearbox/drive part, a sort of bag.Drill will be pneumatic or driven by flexible shaft
There obviously for doing something carefully, I can’t see any other reason for them being so over built. Can probably be used to check squareness.
You would set an indicator off a mitutoyo height master or master length standard.
Bench tested it today prior to fitting it next weekend and I'm impressed with it.Shall have to look at those myself then.. didn’t know they existed..
Three pieces of nice plywood, only need one for the new workbench top, but the price was just too good!

And a roll of glass fibre to fit in the garage loft as there isn't any!

Presumably this?A new project.
Won't take delivery for another week or two as it's currently in the care of the transporter, and I'm in no rush for it to be delivered as it's been a bit of an impulse acquisition and I've got other things to get done before looking at it, however it's got a 80'000rpm spindle, a granite base, and a 4th axis.
One of those.
