A Odd peculiar double bladed wooden plane. One wedge needs to be replaced. No idea what it is for, yet.

are the blades set at a non-right angle to each other as they appear in the picture?

if so, it *could* be for sliding dovetails?

They are, but one is set back from the other.

Todays car boot was cold and quiet. The food vans were the only ones doing any real business.

My friend did acquire some nice paints and some decent canvas to match. Plus a nice set of silver spoons.

What did I get?
Cold.

But.
I did part with some £££ on a box of assorted tools. It was a decent size plastic box. Great for de-rusting.

A BIG gauge, dead.
Handle is shot through with wood worm and the blade rusted and chipped. It is also very heavy.

But it was this set off wooden clamps.
I had the big brother, now I have 2 smaller ones.


All the tools in this post and the one above will be restored, used and what is no good to me will de donated to organisations I am involved in.
The planes I will teach some one to sharpen the blades and set them up.
The saws, drills will be brought back to life in another TYA class in MIS.

The clamps, marking gauges will be cleaned up and we will see where that leads me.

That looks like a good chopper candidate. Put an extended front end on it, some ape hangers and a sissy bar, and join an outlaw tractor club.

Just started using my ps3 again after it has had a firmware upgrade/downgrade it now plays games with no disc...

i use mine for netflix and you tube.

I used to use mine for netflix and connecting to the server but i use a firestick for netflix and prime, But the ps3 is there for games and when i want to watch something on dvd or bluray, But the raspberry pi is proving to be fun at the moment as an emulator for all the older games using this https://retropie.org.uk/ and it has kodi on it still so i can still connect to the server for films and audio
