I was working at a womans house and she had a pair from her x hubby I saw them and said I had similar the same make so she gave me them there the best

I found a set on top of a server cab, left there by the AC engineers some six months earlier, they were not going to come looking for them so mine now.

This evening I acquired a big smile!

I had a crap birthday last week, I spent it in bed with mega-man-flu.

Tonight I was surprised by my London landlady and other fellow B&B guests and friends to a few pints of decent porter and an excellent curry, I did not expect it in the slightest which made it even better

I had to sell our container shortly after I bought it to store personal items I had shipped here from overseas. The neighbour complained and I had to move everything into an expensive storage facility. Karma has caught up with them, and their home life has become a continuous living nightmare.

As mentioned elsewhere, my son in law brought home a scruffy but working concrete mixer for me. Turned into a little project to rescue the drum. I'm quite pleased with myself.

I had to go skip diving twice in a week on one site because the labourers kept:
a. moving every thing around for carpets / flooring to be fitted.
b. clearing the site of the random piles of fittings they them selves had made.

When questioned over the din from radio polski the reply was a look of confusion. Perhaps one for the rant thread...

Should just have slung it in the skip! When they don't want to they pretend not to understand....

Got a mate with a sense of humour...After i asked him for a couple of cardboard boxes to send some stuff to a guy in i got home to find these little items.
