Sounds like a boozed up Chav with a push bikeClearly says ‘portable hardness tester’.

...a seriously eclectic mix in today’s swag bag . A nice long length of 6mm rope, (always handy around the truck), a 14lb shaftless hammer head , various pieces of steel, and out of shot are a new sweeping brush and a 10’ length of planed 5x3/4 pine that probably used to reside behind the curtain of an artic tilt trailer. It would have been much better, but there were too many folk in the area so I had to reign my activities in a bit .

They don't even look used, I only see one arrowIsn't there supposed to be a second arrow to show sold out of service
As long as you get a good shot at the neck/chest area of a crow the V-max does the rest.
A Ruger model 77 in .22 Mag or .17 HMR makes for a great moderate range varmint gun, with the barrels being easily interchangeable.
they reminded me that I was not allowed to liberate anything.
I had an all weather synthetic 77 in .22lr and it was a fantastic little gun. Could easily outshoot me and I could (on a good day) pop out 5 pence groups with it. If I went for a bolt gun again I would be happy with another. Not to mention the fact it was sub £400 gun (second hand)..204 they go up like a feather cushion.
CZ 455 (now discontinued) also accommodates interchangeable barrels in .22LR .22 wmr and .17 hmr The new 457 also is a swap barrel rifle, but as they are just out they can be a bit pricey. I like Rugers but I am not a fan of the 77 for lots of reasons mostly to do with the triggers.
Today these turned up from the land full of eastern promise [anyone old enough to remember the Fry's Turkish Delight adverts?

But I digress. Following a post here, I sent off and they arrived today, ahead of expected delivery date - which is nice. Not up to toolroom standards obviously, but I reckon good enough for what I do. £9 odds delivered Happy days!

you realise if you didnt keep collecting stuff, youd only need a transit for work instead of a 100T lorry?
You must have a reputation to defend?

I received mine yesterday too hum the small one was already stuck in when I got it after messing with it the bits flew across the room then I had to take the next size up apart to see how they went back together, poxy things took me half a hour of fiddling to get them both back together
