I haveHave you got the SIP jig borer to sit it on yet?
I have
Spencer is without doubt the most crazed tool hoarder Ive ever met.
He doesn’t even need to know what a machine or bit of tooling is to sell his soul to buy it!
Hes shot to pieces. You say that, like it is a bad thing.
I bought a cheap set containing a drill & 1/2" impact driver years ago. The driver doesn't have the torque to remove wheel nuts but if you crack them first with a bar it will spin them off. Likewise it tightens them just enough to finish with a torque wrench.
It will handle up to M8 bolts very well & just about torques M10 fully. Great when stripping an engine or for removing a sump pan.
Collector......but I did acquire this todayI have

I went to an auction today a got some nice things but most importantly:
A miniature anvil with a built in vice.

A Sphere lathe in need of some parts and TLC.

And possibly the least wise purchase, a Crypton dynamo tester.

I believe the next item I bring home will result in me being stabbed, hanged, drawn and quartered.
Can’t believe how many times I’ve driven past your workshop without realising.

Ultimate envy from me - where do you find them? Still looking for a taper turning attachment for my Colchester triumph
Dont worry just yet. I am uk based. Haven't ventured outside the borders.......Once I have a car I will go to the scrapyard to search a lathe before Spencer take also it
I said "before" just because I know that you are UK based and when you picked up all the lathes in UK you have to go over the border and search other lathesDont worry just yet. I am uk based. Haven't ventured outside the borders.......
