Welding caps??

That weldas cap fits *me* really well. Covers the back of my neck very well. There’s mesh in side. In the heat wave a few weeks ago I was soaking it in water and then sticking it on my head, was whey cool dude

Aye might be the same one it was a woman and they were great soft but tough. I'm looking at about £20 for a cap now which is a bit steep. Have you got a link if she's cheaper??

Aye during the summer they keep you cool .There dry in about half an hour then dunk em again--

I have a Weldas bandana thing, but think a hat might be more comfortable.

Mine don’t have a mesh lining inside them as they are reversible. You can turn them inside out and wear them either way round. Good caps but I haven’t used them in anger in quite a few years.
My minions cap has a couple of holes in it so might look at that web page hood put up as that’s a bargain including delivery.

I don't think your ready for a welders cap Yahmon --there are rules to wearing one.

Agreed, it was the only cap they had, and I was fedup of burning my napper from 190amps of MIG sparkles

I can't wear anything on my head, just gets too hot and my brain fries Even when I was a fisherman getting ice cold waves over the top of me in the middle of winter I couldn't wear a hat.

I've tried that once but the big button on the cap kept digging into my head.

The best welding hat I ever had was a radio one beanie hat that I won at the radio one roadshow in Gt Yarmouth, wore it for years with a fixed shade fibreglass shield, rarely wear one nowadays unless welding overhead, I have the BOC version of the kromer, its ok but the peak is a bit stiff and digs in the back of the neck.
