You need to find the local public toilet. That’s where all the parcels Evri deliver at 9pm on a Saturday night land up. Bearing in mind the address clearly shows it’s an industrial estate.

- We recently made changes to our fee structure so it’s free for private sellers to sell on eBay (excl. Vehicles). As part of this, from 4 Feb, a Buyer Protection fee will be added to listings from UK-based private sellers so we can make investments into these protections. This fee will be included in the item price and be paid for by the buyer. As a reminder, this is free of charge for business sellers.
- •To give buyers more protection and encourage timely shipment, private sellers will be paid once the item is delivered. There’s no change for business sellers and you’ll still receive your payouts as quickly as you do today.
- •We know it’s important to have a fair and equitable marketplace for all business sellers. That’s why we’re monitoring trading activities on eBay to help business sellers using a private account transition over to a business account, or restricting selling activity as necessary.

Thumb up was for post in this and clearing up questions I had, not to indicate an appreciation of the changes!
So there’s still a seller’s fee, effectively. Pretty poor.
I am a business seller. They choose if you are or not. So we get different benefits etc.
Shop was good when we sold a lot but they used to do 3 top seller ratings with 30% of for the best sellers.
I was involved with Chinese sellers who stitched me up.owing me 40k so when HMRC and Customs and excise asked me for VAT on 1.3 million I willingly gave them all the details I had on the Chinese pair.
The reason they were able to start again was that my account was no good, with my supposed 8% commission, after ebay dropped the 30% Discount.
It also gave a higher ranking to top rated sellers . Similar to the 99p auction styles.
I also had access to an account manager via a mobile phone number.
All long gone now..
I can't see how ebay stay in business and indeed why an alternative has never taken off.
Without sellers there are no buyers
.....they have lost so many sellers it's unreal.

I seldom sell stuff on eBay now (private seller) as they seem to favour the buyer over the seller (who pays their fees) too many times I had money taken away because of things being allegedly broken or misdescribed. It is convenient for buying I guess, it is most peoples "go to" so is why they survive. For business sellers, they will get a lot of traffic. Way more than if they have their own website.
Your situation though, I bang out of order
They dont want private sellers. Just business.
