I love poached eggs on toast.

Or even smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce - even had it with a bit of spinach thrown in as well.

When I was a kid - Nan used to put Eggs in little dishes on front edge of coal fire - thing had a plate that hinged down so you could pile it up to keep fire in overnight.
Little dishes or cups with a bit of butter in them. Coddled eggs. We used to toast the bread on a fork. Then tip egg with melted butter on the toasted bread.
Eggs from the Bantams in the yard. If you got a double yolker - Nan would giggle and say "aborted twins".
That's a little upmarket for King's Lynn.

First time in ages a fried FEB with two Hash browns this morning , just west of SENTA training area at the first fuel station you come to on the way to Tre Castle . Proper thick butcher cut bacon & two sausages all sourced locally,
I struggled to eat it as all there was so much , I guess the lads playing games at SENTA appreciated it .. some of the enormous Royal Marines and Peoples from a different land were certainly stuffing it down their necks like there was no tomorrow.
