I prefer just green veg in my bubble, but as you say a bit crispy on the outside is perfect

We tend to mash all the veg in a bowl with some butter. Then form into patties with some flour and fry. Crispy on the outside and fluffy hot heaven outside!
Mate's wife is Indian and she does it in a big pan with spices like a hash but adds shredded turkey etc. (Great cook btw). Fusion cooking I guess!

A rough photo to be fair. 6 rashers of bacon 2 sausage, fried tomatoes, 4 scrambled eggs, 3 potato things( I would probably leave them out next time) and two breaded mushrooms. O and beans, got to have beans there good for the constitution.I recognise some of it!
