have you seen where they are?....middle of Nowhere/Lincolnshire.........they do make good stuff, if you can get any.....I once tried and I forget how long the waiting list was but I went to Hamlet instead.

It just for fitting door hinges strike plates etc.
I've got some old "bashers" for general building works and a nice old 1" that my dad had but looking for some good ones.
Also any advice on how to go about sharpening them. I have a Faithful 400 / 1000 grit diamond stone and the clamps but find it hard not to get a rounded edge.

You can use them on wood?My wood chisels have become scrapers, metal chisels and general all purpose bodging devices. Must buy some wood chisels to keep to use on wood.
