There was I hoping for an imaginative use!

I've only just binned the brittle and broken plastic connectors and thin walled tubes I salvaged when a 3x9m gazebo lost a fight with a gale one night. Still using some of the sheet sides as tarps over stuff.

Last night I acquired a 10, maybe 12' dia trampoline frame. Well, in reality I took one down to make way for a veg patch.

What to do with the old frame, tubular steel net supports, bfo disc of black springy trampoline, sections of the safety net that are salvageable?

I've got six full frames to make a frame for a Anderson shelter type shed. Use the springy stuff as a cover.
My plan is to use the 500m of heavy duty Hessian I have in no 2 shed as reinforcing with a cement slurry to cover it with hard shell

Today I acquired a lithium ion charger. I chose this older model for its slower 1/2 amp charging rate, which should provide a better longevity of useful battery life. Quick overnight delivery also.

For use with air tools, it looks like they could be conveniently linked together to increased the volume capacity of a compressor.

A Milwaukee M18 Fuel router. To be precise I bought it 2 years ago in the US, before they were available in the UK. But I've only just got my hands on it

I bought it because I was about to start building the new kitchen and had lots of dovetails to route. And, a work colleague based out of Chicago was heading to the UK on a work trip and was going to bring it over. Then Covid hit.......

Since then it went from Chicago to Atlanta, then recently from Atlanta, to New York, the Paris, and on Tuesday it arrived into London in another colleagues luggage. Now it's on the train with me for the final leg home.

I could have had it posted but it was over a weight limit that made it expensive, and I didn't think Covid would last this long so could get it home for free.

In the meantime, they started selling them in the UK so I already have one. But another body only router won't go amiss, once I've set it up for dovetails I like to leave it that way until I've finished a batch, having two means I can set them up for pins and tails and use my big corded router for something else.

Thought that was a dinosaur skull for a moment.
Which would be an even weirder thing to get by mistake.
It certainly puts my greenhouse heater / purple shoe postal swap into the shade.
