Very impressive and I'm hard to Impress You should be very proud of all you work Thank you very much for showing your 1926 Ford. Vernon
You certainly know your job, fella. Hats off to you.
I would be interested in seeing how you prep for chroming. ie the stages you go through.
I'll also take you up on the Chroming as the standard up here is appalling.
i sent my norton chaincase to london chroming .it was dented and scraped they wont give a price till they see it .it cost 125 quid to have it plated .i recieved it back in mint condition not a mark or blemish on it . no burn marks or under chromed as some do by not corectly setting the electrodes up well worth the cost

Tell me you didn't turn all those rings manually?
You must surely have a CNC lathe or unbelievable patience and dedication.
Sorry.
That should be tell me you didn't turn all those rings manually, then polish each individual one.
how are they held in??
do you machine a nice fitting piece with a shoulder on the observed side and then use a press and former to flare the inside and hold it all in place??
MASSIVE dedication for such a tiny part on the car but MASSIVE respect for doing it..
now you are just showing off langy, its not big and its not clever
but it looks good
whats the mark in the paint at 4 oclock ??Forgot the rear one's, not quite so blingy.
