How many horses was the Golf running? I like the satin finish on the aluminium parts too, refreshing change from polishing everything to death.

I can't believe some one would turbo a Vitara!, Mrs Robo had one for a few years, not the most stable of cars!
Some nice work there nick on some very nice cars who does the head porting work for these big BHP engines ?
I love your type of work rick, it must be vary satisfying, i find my job building engines everyday good and then i go home and do abit of welding for my hobby and thats great but doing both at the same time must be even better, do you need any more staff :-P.....

I've just purchased a 3 axis cnc mill and a rolling road. I'll certainly have a lot of head scratching to do in the next few months!

Is this your first s2000 manifold? I read they are a nightmare for cracking because of the engine rev note or somthing?
