Bambu Lab set to launch TPU Filament to Overcome Flexible 3D Printing Challenges - 3D Printing Industry
Desktop 3D printer manufacturer Bambu Lab is set to release a Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) filament specifically designed for its Automatic Material System (AMS) on November 12. This new filament aims to resolve persistent compatibility problems that have hindered the use of flexible...3dprintingindustry.com
I can use TPE83A on mine. That is what I did the horn grommet with. The filament stretches like an elastic band, which is why it is so difficult to print with it. Probably why it is difficult to find in stock anywhere.

I am.not the first to say this BUT the X1C is a game changer. Lots of reasons but speed being the main one.I see there is a Black Friday sale promotion. Very tempting, but I have an Ender 3 already, and no space in the workshop. But the price reductions are reasonably good.
That said learning on an ender (or any other 3D printer) is not wasted.

Possibly the biggest understatement ever, on this forumI'm not renowned for resisting impulse buys.
Have you replaced the wiper yet?Gone halves with my lad on an X1C with all the trimmings.

What's a V3KE? I don't think my X1C prints one that fast to be honest. But Whilst I tend to agree it's probably not worth £1100 in a pure commercial sense. So how fast does your Bambu thing print a benchy? I think my V3 KE does it in 16 minutes. As for printing out of the box, I just went round all the bolts and checked they were nipped up and it prints good enough with just the initial bed level. I did move the filament real from on top of the gantry to the side of the printer and will be printing gantry supports and truing up the gantry but it prints pretty good without any tweaking or modding. It claims up to 500mm/second but is usually running at 300. Seems pretty quick to me. Just doesn't have multi-materials, which, I have to admit, would be well handy but is not worth paying four to six times what mine cost.
Really it's the possibility of soluble support that I have a hankering after, that would make a lot of design easier and allow some things that just can't be done with normal support. Multi colour I can take or leave. What's a V3KE? I don't think my X1C prints one that fast to be honest. But Whilst I tend to agree it's probably not worth £1100 in a pure commercial sense.
Multi colour gets my grandsons involved in a way single colour prints don't.
I Lready have a few people asking about custom containers with writing on. Yes they could use labels but it might make a few quid to go towards materials.
My daughter in law is going to take a few things to a car boot she goes to. It might cover the boot fees etc.
To be honest I am hoping the overhang problems it solves ,might help a lot.
One of the things that put me off/ slowed me down learning fusion was by the time I had printed out something I had forgotten how I designed it. Lol
Last night I was sat in a pub celebrating my wife's 24 years since here stroke and I was able to set off a two colour print that my daughter in law asked if it was possible. Before We had finished the print had. Lol
Edit: My son has just gone to grab the print and it only printed in one colour. I wonder what went wrong. Lol

I have been looking on you tube for a decent easy to understand video on how to design/use multi coloured prints.
I am assuming a couple of things.
1. As you would with a single colour printer, designing is still important. I mean it would not make sense to replace the filament 10 times.
2.Using the AMS you still need sensible designs, as changing the colour at every level, although being automatic if filament and time wasteful.
