I don't know what to say. Other than I don't have the energy/interest to make another one I've looked on the ex Evri site, seems to be a "if you haven't received your parcel within 7 days" get back to them thing.

Yeah they are ****e when things go wrong. I can't even contact them as they only communicate with the sender..

I need a pourable, 2 part epoxy.

This to fill a pocket in this WORX to old Makita adapter. I don't want a really hot exothermic reaction that will melt/deform the PETG print.

Any ideas?

The multi material aspect on the X1C makes a once piece print a relative doddle by using dissimilar material at the support interface.

Evening. Well bless Evri eh? I even went into the Post Office drop off point and asked if by some chance it hadn't been collected...it unfortunately had.

5 files attached. The print is either a 4 or 5-piece part:

Option 1:

Main body in one piece

x2 clips

x1 wedge

Option 2:

Main body in two pieces, held together with the same new screws that hold the original battery top half on.

x2 clips

x1 wedge

In addition to the printed parts, off the top of my head you'll need:

• The 18V DeWalt battery top half
• The original DeWalt battery connector that sits up inside the tower
• A pen spring cut in half
• x 2 M3 x 20 pan head machine screws
• x 4 M3 x 30 pan head machine screws
• x 1 M3 x ? pan head screw, cut down to fit the wedge
• x 5 M3 heat inserts
• Some blue & brown or black & red wire, flux, solder etc
• 9x1mm copper strip

Happy to post you some 9x1mm copper strip so you bend your own "blades" over a 5mm bit of plate.

I've never tried it in a DeWalt drill as I don't have one. The clips might need work. Similarly we've only ever printed the body in one piece, I only sliced it into two tonight.

It's rather ironic you say that. I purchased something for my son. I was going to send it down to see if you could recreate it.

It was supposedly sent with RM and it's not arrived yet. Lol

A mate said last night that he has an old style DeWalt 18V drill I can have for fit testing. More crap I don't need!

Talk about make it hard to claim on Evri!

I have to fill in loads of details like @ukracer 's address when they obviously already know it. Only insured for £20 but I've got to prove it with receipts etc. Might just put an invoice in for a roll of whatever filament. B@st!ds make me want to go postal!

Well I've submitted a claim to Evri. They wanted invoices / documents for the loss. Sent them the invoice for the roll of black PETG and photos of the printed / assembled item. They will now assess my claim within 28 days
