It's big when it has a lifting eye on it.
I got a 1HP one a few years ago, with one on, and it's an excessively big motor, for its rating.

I’ve repaired a bent armature shaft before.
Knock it back to within half a mm or so. Then very carefully with stringers along the shaft length tig weld it to make the circumference much bigger.
You need to obviously take your time and do a little bit at a time allowing it to fully cool down between passes thus not to risk damaging the armature. Once done you can clock it off an existing face and turn it down straight/put the key way back in.
Takes a long time and requires care but if it’s an expensive part it’s worth doing. I’ve successfully done this myself
Edit the heat dose blacken the copper off a bit mind but it’s just the surface and easily rubs back to bright.
