To get a replacement, I would suggest searching for "encapsulated 24v transformer". Such as this one for 3 Pounds: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BVEI3032...d-1-5VA-230VAC-24V-63mA-Mounting/312796456024 The pin spacing on the replacement transformer may not match your PCB exactly, you may have to adapt it with short extra wires.
