True. But a lot easier to get than the gamet bearings for a Colchester. It is a 127 gear.Timken bearings may be available but they won't be cheap.

Yes had a result. And a bonus is it has the Norton gearbox .Good point, you won't be paying the 600 Group premium. Lucky you got the gear with the machine, they can be quite hard to find if you need one for metric threading.
It's in good order considering it's age .Screw looks great. Slides are a bit worn at the ends but not a lot. Gib and slides need scraping.
