All up, quite a bit of fixing to be done. But no problem.

The spacing is a result of the wagon c design I think.

The spacing of the holes on the frame is different at that point.

I'll lift the floor protector and see what it looks like in different lights. Not hopeful, so I might be changing the colour again.

I think it's staying, at least until the next refit.

I'm off to do some welding so it might grow on me in time.

id have done it halfway so it acts as a kickboard and also splits the view between the colours

id laminate that window with thin plyboard

id ask the mrs if she would like the colour on the bandsaw for the window edge or do the same colour on the door on the window

if she would like the window in wood you have a few options on how to build it

i like the plywood bandsaw but i know its baltic birch plywood furniture plywood

we laminate stuff often with certain jobs but that video shows plenty of uses for it as well as the kitchen unit bits as well

id advise make 2 forms up and do the window frame wood in 2 parts if you make a mistake you can get yourself out of it easy enough

The debate on the window surround continues. She has some plan involving worktops, and "metal", which I can't follow.

In the meantime I've gap filled the second batch of planks.

I'm hoping to get paint on tonight.

While they're drying, I'm going to finish the rest of the non plank bolts. Then fix any resulting damage.

Ah. Nut shortage. Poor harvest? Anyway, eBay. I'll focus on the end wall planks and over the door for a bit instead.

End panels, I've trimmed the two outer panels by 1/2 inch, so as to clear the side walls. I've a few panels spanned by damage, so I'll put them back in together.

While the filler is setting, I'll tidy up the damage in the wagon caused by the final tightening of the bolts.
