a question. how do u sieve the large particals out of the used grit and also sieve out the fine dust before re use of abrasive ?
what u will find is initialy when the air is cold and u start blasting it will be dificult to regulate .even harder using the extended lever .i leave the water seperator drain off slightly open .when the pipes warm up shut the seperator drain off then away u go it will be more consistent and easier to regulate on your extended lever. i had a large 104 lb gas bottle pot .it would blast 10 car wheels without a refill and once warm and regulated would run all day without altering anything using new grit .if re using it had to be sieved getting the large particals out then fine sieved to get the dust and broken down grit out . otherwise u just start hurtling sh ..//..t out it wont be consistent and be prone to blockages dampness ect ectthats got to be easier than a screw on cap and all that messing with a funnel. have you see the lever i am trying on grit valve? i found it very hard to set the grit flow. you try for a little more the oh no it's blocked. food for thought!!
