Found some (amazing) hinges for it.
And giving the ex girlfriend a model she can redesign her front garden (which I'll probably end up doing myself).
Oh and for fun, I want ot come up with some weird and wonderful widget for her 5 year old who is obsessed with Brio.

...and yes, they are individual bricks which I realise are actually out of phase with the real thing. I hang my head in shame (again).

That's one way to do It... multiply the pcd by the .4330/.2500 to give coordinates, ie 100pcd would be x0/y-50
x44.3/y-25.5
x44.3/y25.5
And so on...
But as you've got it on cad now, you should be able to put all the hole coordinates in a table easily from whatever reference point you choose, hole or centre.
Just a suggestions... why not just clamp the old one on top of the new one and bore through... rotate one or two holes and reclamp to get the location of the damaged hole... no printing, no cad...no complications.

Thanks mate. I am grandkids free for a couple of days. But not near my mill so I will endeavour to get my head round the functions needed in my head.
I am pretty sure the original was hardened (some discription) so I am investing in some EN36 . We have a fairly local.place that does hardening so I will pop it to them and take their advice.
Big thanks to all who participated in this project. I hope I can get the time to learn what screw driver has done.
I find sketchup harder than fusion but I find that hard. Lol

That's a good question.
I am not sure but from the description it seems to be some form of connector to an internal arm.
I will ask my son for son pics when it's done and he fits it..

I can't help with Sketchup, but if you want to use something more civilised 
, this sort of thing is very easy in onshape. Sign up here (free): https://www.onshape.com/en/products/free
Then create a new document.
Click the + in the bottom right hand corner and then "Import". Select your image and click Okay and it'll be added as a separate tab (ignore that tab for now).
Click on one of the planes (e.g. Top) in the middle of the screen and press the Sketch button in the top-right, then right-click on the background and press "View normal to sketch plane" (I've no idea why this isn't automatic):
The "Insert image" button will allow you to add the image to the sketch (note that this button isn't visible if your web browser window is narrow, as in the screenshots above):
You'll get a prompt saying "Draw image rectangle" and you can click on the middle dot and then somewhere else to make a rectangle with the image in place:
You can then use that as a basis for drawing some circles using the circle button on the toolbar (or press the "C" key). I started by drawing one circle around the outside of the image and using the dimension tool (press the D key or click the button that looks like a dimension on the toolbar). If, before dimensioning it, you've positioned the circle (you can drag it around by its centre or resize it by moving the rim) over the image, the image will automatically resize to match the circle dimension you typed in:
You can then draw the inner circle (start by clicking on the central dot to constrain it in the right place) and, by clicking on the icon that looks like two vertical bars with arrows in between, draw some construction circles for the PCD holes:
The next step is to draw those PCD holes. Draw one circle on each ring, clicking on the construction circle to start (if you know the diameter is 11, you can also dimension them at this point, either by using the dimension tool, or just by typing 11<ENTER> after drawing the circle):
The circular pattern tool can be used to make the rest of the circles:
Select the two circles, then click "Circular pattern", then drag the centre from the sketch origin up to the centre point of the circle, then double click on the 3x that says how many instances there are and type 6. That gives you this:
A left-click in the background confirms you're happy.
It's now a good idea (but not essential) to dimension everything else. I clicked on the middle dot and used the Fix constraint (in the top-right drop-down menu). I then used the dimension tool to set the diameters of the centred circles to round numbers: 44, 59, 78 and 97 mm in my case, but I was just doing it quickly. Any real measurements you can use here are useful. There's a few ways you could set the angles of the holes, but I chose to draw some construction lines and set the angles (using the dimension tool and clicking one line then another). Note that in this image only one of the lines is a construction line as I forgot to click the button!:
Finally, I changed the mid-solid circle to a construction line (so there's a single solid area) and pressed the extrude button in the top left (looks like two cubes) - this quits the sketch and extrudes the non-construction stuff to be a solid:
Adding the flange is simply a case of creating another sketch on the top face with two circles, one the same as the OD (use the equal size constraint) and one for the flange diameter (dimensioned to the size that you used in the previous sketch). You can extrude this with a "Remove" operation to produce the final part.
