Not wanting to hijack this, but can anyone confirm the gas inlet fitting and thread pitch on the rear of the 2002.

Measured thread pitch is 19 tpi.
Outside thread diameter is ... Well I'm not used with english values ...

Hi all !

In the meantime, I ordered one FRO169 at Ali..... (13 USD + 5 USD shipment).
Didn't expect it so early, but it knocked at my mailbox today.
So I have the one from the Castotig, and this one.
Now ... how could I test this component to know what's inside ?
2 diodes like the FRO174, or ... ?
I've access to good DMM (Fluke). Something else needed ?

Your help is appreciated.

I was fortunate this welder came complete with torch, brandnew earth clamp & wire, and foot pedal.

I can imagine it might be hard to find a torch, especially with the Euro connector - maybe it's a hint you might need to modify to allow a standard torch.

And I have found schemes of pedal and impulse controller for Fronius MW2000. I hope pedal for Castotig 2002 are as same as Fronius MW2000.

I can measure specified voltages in connector (+10v etc), but how I can find where other pins without voltages?

I've no idea of remote units, I don't have.

Concerning pinout, it is usually written on the back of the connector ...

I partially did, mine is in "not working" condition up to now.
Bought as is, no torch, and containment does not help.
